1. System Access

By accessing the FundedGroup network, you agree to comply with all operational directives outlined in this document. Unauthorized access or attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI models will result in immediate termination of service.

2. Service Level Agreements

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all deployed web architectures. However, search engine rankings are subject to algorithmic volatility beyond our direct control, despite our predictive analytics capabilities.

3. Intellectual Property

All codebases, machine learning models, and predictive algorithms developed by FundedGroup remain the exclusive intellectual property of the collective, unless explicitly transferred via smart contract or written agreement.
